  1. KRS Chapter 65

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any unit of state, county or

municipal government, or any court, may maintain any records by computer or other

rapid-access data collection system, provided that those records which are public records

shall be kept in a manner which will allow the public unlimited and speedy access to

them.
