KRS 65.460: Local legislative bodies denied power of eminent domain.

Local legislative bodies shall not exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire scenic

easements. Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent the use of eminent domain to

acquire all other interests or rights in real property. A scenic easement will terminate

when eminent domain is used to acquire property covered by the scenic easement

agreement.
