KRS 65.600: Revenue bonds issued, when.

The authority is authorized to defray the cost of acquiring any real or personal property

for the purposes contemplated in KRS 65.510 to 65.650 through the issuance of revenue

bonds, and for that purpose the authority shall have all the powers and duties t hat are

granted to or imposed upon governmental units by law.
