KRS 65.640: Authority may indemnify the United States for damages resulting from

improvements.

Any riverport authority created pursuant to KRS 65.510 to 65.650 may indemnify the

United States against any claims for damages, and any damage, that may result by

overflow of the river from its being improved by the United States.
