KRS 65.7643: Construction of KRS 65.7621 to 65.7643 with respect to Communications

Act of 1934.

KRS 65.7621 to 65.7643 shall not be construed as enabling the Commonwealth of

Kentucky, including the Public Service Commission of Kentucky, to regulate CMRS in

contravention of Section 332(c)(3) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47

U.S.C. sec. 332(c)(3).
