KRS 65.7717: Sale -- Award to be made by legislation.

Notes may be sold at public, private, or invited sale as the governing body of the

governmental agency may determine. Any public sale shall be advertised and conducted

in the manner and subject to the conditions provided for a public sale of bonds pursuant

to KRS Chapter 424. The governing body of the governmental agency shall award the

notes by legislation to specified purchasers at a specified price.
