KRS 65.950: Leases as a legal and authorized investment.

A lease or any interest therein entered into pursuant to KRS 65.940 to 65.956 shall be a

legal and authorized investment for banks, savings banks, trust companies, building and

loan associations, savings and loan associations, insurance companies, fiduciar ies, and

trustees.
