KRS 67.230: General election laws to apply.

It shall be the duty of the officers of said election in each voting precinct to hold said

election the same hours they are by law required to hold election for county officers and

said election shall be held and conducted in all respects under the general election laws

obtaining in this Commonwealth at the time of the election.
