KRS 67.380: Authority of fiscal court to regulate construction of buildings.

The fiscal court of any county shall have authority, by order or resolution, to adopt, and to

enforce, regulations governing construction as defined by KRS 198B.010 pursuant to the

provisions of KRS 198B.060.
