KRS 67.535: Refunding bonds authorized -- Manner of issuance.

The county buildings commission may issue refunding bonds for the purpose of providing

funds for the payment of any outstanding bonds, in accordance with the proceedings

prescribed for the issuance of the original bonds. The refunding bonds shall be secure d to

the same extent and shall have the same source of payment as the bonds which are

refunded.
