KRS 67A.250: Qualifications of applicants.

The civil service commission shall examine all eligible applicants as to their physical and

mental qualification for the particular classification wherein they seek employment. To be

eligible for examination a person must satisfy the minimum standards esta blished under

KRS 67A.240.
