KRS 67A.6903: Duty to bargain collectively.

The urban-county government and the labor organization that has been designated as the

exclusive representative of police officers, firefighter personnel, firefighters, or

corrections personnel in an appropriate unit, through appropriate officials or their

representatives, shall have the authority and the duty to bargain collectively.
