KRS 67A.892: Insufficiency of lump-sum payments and bonds.

If, by reason of miscalculation or the happening of unforeseen events or conditions, the

total proceeds of the lump -sum payments and bonds authorized by the ordinance of bond

authorization should prove to be insufficient to provide for the completion of th e project

and the payment in full of all costs thereof, the urban -county government shall be

responsible for any such deficiency.
