KRS 67A.990: Penalties.

Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, or falsifies, or permits to be

falsified, any record or records of the fund established pursuant to KRS 67A.370, in any

attempt to defraud the fund, shall be fined not less than $500 or imprisoned in the county

jail for not more than twelve (12) months, or both, and the fund shall have the right to

recover any payments made under false representations.
