KRS 67C.311: Mayor's certification of information on police officers.

Within thirty (30) days after the creation of a merit board under KRS 67C.301 to

67C.327, the mayor shall certify to the board the names, rank, rate of pay, and the

seniority of every officer on the police force as of the effective date of the ordinance

creating the board.
