KRS 67C.416: Consolidated local government to withhold dues and deliver to

bargaining unit.

Subject to the requirements set forth in KRS 336.135, upon the written authorization

of any police officers within a bargaining unit, the consolidated local government

shall deduct from the payroll of the police officer the monthly amount of dues as

certified by the secretary of the exclusive bargaining representative and shall deliver

the same to the treasurer of the exclusive bargaining representative.
