KRS 68.002: "County," "fiscal court," and "county judge/executive" defined to apply to

charter county governments.

As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) "County" shall also mean a charter county government;

(2) "Fiscal court" shall als o mean the legislative body of a charter county government;

and

(3) "County judge/executive" shall also mean the chief executive officer of a charter

county government.
