KRS 68.270: Certification of approved budget to state local finance officer.

Within fifteen (15) days after the budget is adopted by the fiscal court, the county

judge/executive shall certify to the state local finance officer a copy of the original budget

as approved by the state local finance officer, indicating clearly all chang es made by the

fiscal court.
