KRS 69.300: Duties and qualifications of assistant county attorneys.

The assistant county attorneys shall be attorneys licensed to practice in the

Commonwealth and shall have the same powers and perform the same duties that county

attorneys have and perform, except that they shall be under the direction and control of

the county attorney.
