KRS 7.101: Required sexual and workplace harassment training for General Assembly

members.

The Legislative Research Commission shall require all members of the General Assembly

to attend a sexual and workplace harassment training course to be held at the beginning of

each session of the General Assembly. The Legislative Research Commission shall

coordinate the development and presentation of the training course, with assistance of the

Legislative Ethics Commission.
