KRS 7.420: Gathering information.

As a part of any investigation, study, monitoring, or evaluation pursuant to KRS 7.410,

the Office of Education Accountability shall attempt to gather all relevant information

before reaching conclusions or making public any findings. This shall include pr oviding

an opportunity for the subject school district, agency, or individual to provide responsive

information.
