KRS 70.140: Sheriff to attend and keep order in fiscal and Court of Justice courts --

Court security officers limited to Court of Justice courts.

The sheriff shall, by himself or deputy, attend and keep order in the fiscal court and any

court of the Court of Justice and shall obey the orders of said courts, but a certified court

security officer may only attend and keep order in any court of the Court of Justice and

shall obey the orders of said court.
