KRS 75A.010: Definitions for chapter.

For the purposes of this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of trustees of a consolidated emergency services board;

(2) "Chief" means a chief executive officer appointed by a board to manage the affairs

of a consolidated emergency services district;

(3) "District" means a consolidated emerg ency services district, established in

accordance with KRS 75A.020; and

(4) "Trustee" means a member of the board of trustees of a consolidated emergency

services district.
