KRS 76.273: Revenue bonds alternate method of financing.

Where this section sits in the code

The provisions of KRS 76.254, 76.256 and 76.272, providing for financing with revenue

bonds, shall not repeal nor reduce any existing rights or duties of the district, but shall

constitute an additional and alternate method of financing.
