KRS 76.415: Effect of KRS 76.405 and 76.410.

The provisions of KRS 76.405 and 76.410 shall not repeal or reduce any existing rights or

duties of sewer construction districts or commissioners thereof, but shall constitute

merely a procedure for annexation by sewer construction districts.
