KRS 77.150: Prohibitions inapplicable unless district activated.

The provisions of KRS 77.150 to 77.175 do not apply within any air pollution control

district unless and until, pursuant to resolution and ordinance as provided in KRS 77.010

to 77.060, such air pollution control district may function and exercise its powers.
