KRS 77.192: Board to promulgate administrative regulations to implement federal

statute relating to alternative emission limitations.

The air pollution control board, in conjunction with the Energy and Environment Cabinet,

shall promulgate administrative regulatio ns, rules, and orders, to implement Section

7412(i)(5) of Title 42, United States Code, relating to alternative emission limitations

allowed for early reduction of emissions.
