KRS 7A.160: Use of existing studies, surveys, plans, and data.

The board may make use of existing studies, surveys, plans, data, and other materials in

the possession of any state agency. Upon request by the board, an agency shall make these

materials available to the board so that the board may have current informati on on the

capital plans and programs of the agency.
