KRS 7A.289: Legislative Research Commission to have exclusive jurisdiction over

employment of necessary personnel to carry out KRS 7A.270 to 7A.290.

The Legislative Research Commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the

employment of personnel neces sary to carry out the provisions of KRS 7A.270 to

7A.290. Staff and operating costs of the board shall be provided from the budget of the

Legislative Research Commission.
