KRS 8.050: Encouragement of state-local and interlocal cooperation.

The Commission shall encourage state -local and interlocal cooperation by formulating

proposals for, and by facilitating the enactment of statutes and the adoption of

administrative agreements to give departments and agencies of the Commonwealth and

the loc al governmental units of the Commonwealth broad authority to enter into

intergovernmental agreements, contracts and compacts.
