KRS 80.095: Technical assistance by authority.

An authority may provide technical assistance to other authorities in consideration of

appropriate fees therefor. An authority may also provide technical assistance to public

and private developers and other builders of low -income and moderate -income housing

stock if such technical assistance is not readily available in the private sector at a cost that

would make low-income and moderate-income housing projects feasible. Such technical

assistance may be provided in consideration of appropriate fees theref or. Such fees shall

be established by the authority and shall, when received, be deemed to be funds provided

under authority of this chapter.
