KRS 80.130: Advertisement for bids -- When required.

No contract or agreement with any contractor for the construction of low -income housing

exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be made without advertising for bids. The

bids shall be opened publicly and an award made to the best bidder, with power in the

authority to reject any or all bids.
