KRS 80.255: Validation of creation of municipal housing authorities.

The creation and establishment of housing authorities pursuant to the provisions of the

Housing Authority Act (KRS Chapter 80) together with all proceedings, acts and things

heretofore undertaken, performed or done with reference thereto, are hereby valida ted,

ratified, confirmed, approved and declared legal in all respects notwithstanding any defect

or irregularity therein or any want of statutory authority.
