KRS 80.530: Rentals and tenant selection -- Restrictions.

Except with regard to housing for farmers of low income, a housing authority shall be

subject to the same limitations and restrictions on rentals and tenant selection which are

applicable to housing authorities created for cities under KRS 80.010 to 80.250.
