KRS 82.096: Care and maintenance of pedestrian swinging bridges.

A city, unified local government, urban -county government, or consolidated local

government of this Commonwealth may expend public funds to provide for the care and

maintenance of pedestrian swinging bridges that are available for recreation and public

enjoyment.
