KRS 83.165: Public wharves and landings -- Control -- Charges.

(1) The wharves and landings of cities of the first class shall be under the care and

control of the Department of Public Works.

(2) The department shall fix and receive reasonable charges for the use of the wharves

and landings and shall keep them in order.
