KRS 91.494: Affidavits filed with circuit clerk -- Effect.

Affidavits confirming the publication of notice and of posting, mailing, or other acts

required by the provisions of KRS 91.481 to 91.527 shall be filed in the office of the

circuit clerk prior to the trial, and shall constitute prima facie evidence of the

performance of acts described in the affidavit, unless challenged by verified answer duly

filed in the suit.
