KRS 91.521: Appeal from judgment confirming or disapproving commissioner's sale and

distribution of proceeds.

(1) The collector, any interested person, or anyone on behalf of a person who has been

judicially found to be of unsound mind may appeal from the judgment confirming

or disapproving the commissioner's sale and the distribution of proceeds.

(2) No issues may be raised in the appeal that could have been raised in an appeal from

the judgment of the sale.

(3) Any appeal under this section shall be ta ken within thirty (30) days after the date of

the judgment.

(4) The requirement for giving bond and the provisions of the bond shall be the same as

in the case of an appeal from the judgment of sale.
