KRS 91.527: City may hold, sell, transfer, lease, or use real estate purchased at a

commissioner's sale.

Any property or real estate acquired by the city by virtue of purchase at the

commissioner's sale shall be held by the city and may be sold, transferr ed, leased, or

otherwise utilized by the city within its sole discretion.
