KRS 95.570: Funeral benefit.

When an active or retired member of the police or fire department dies under the

conditions set out in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of KRS 95.550, the board of trustees

of the pension fund may pay from the fund to the widow, widower or family a sum of n ot

more than two hundred dollars ($200) for funeral expenses.
