KRS 95.779: Warrants for sums due pension fund.

It shall be the duty of such officer or officers of the said city as are designated by law, to

draw warrants on the treasurer or chief financial officer of said city, on request in writing

by said board of trustees, payable to the treasurer of said board o f trustees for all funds

belonging to said pension fund as aforesaid.
