KRS 95.782: Report of trustees to city legislative body.

The board of trustees of the policemen's and firefighters' pension fund shall make a report

in writing, signed by the president and secretary of said board, to the legislative body of

said city, of the condition of said pension fund, on the first meeting i n September of the

legislative body of said city in each and every year.
