KRS 95A.245: Certification of program cost projections to Finance and Administration

Cabinet.

Upon receipt of the written request by the Finance and Administration Cabinet for cost

projections of the professional firefighters foundation program fund as prescribed in KRS

42.190, the administrator of the fund shall certify, within twenty -one (21) calendar days,

in writing said projections to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
