KRS 96.870: Effective date of resolutions and ordinances.

Every resolution or ordinance adopted by the governing body of any municipality under

the provisions of KRS 96.550 to 96.900 shall become effective from and after its passage,

and no such resolution or ordinance shall be the subject of any referendum or el ection

except as expressly provided in KRS 96.550 to 96.900.
