KRS 97.580: Powers and duties of board.

The board shall have the care, management and control of all parks and playgrounds

within the limits of the city, shall lay out and improve them with walks, drives, roads and

trees, provide appliances and equipment for playgrounds, and provide for the prop er

lighting of the parks and playgrounds.
