KRS 97.620: Repeal of tax.

At any time not earlier than three (3) years thereafter, a similar petition may be presented

to the legislative body asking that the following proposition be submitted: "Shall the

power to levy a tax for the maintenance or employment of a band or orchestra be

repealed?" The submission shall be made at any general municipal election, and if a

majority of the vote cast is in favor of the repeal, no further levy shall be made.
