KRS 98.040: Construction and improvement of hospitals and institutions.

When the legislative body of any city of the first class desires to construct a new hospital

or a new home for the aged and infirm or desires to reconstruct, improve, alter, extend or

repair any existing hospital or home for the aged and infirm, and to equ ip and furnish

such buildings, it may do so under KRS 98.040 to 98.170.
