KRS 98.380: City to be reimbursed by fiscal court for cost incurred by civil service board

by reason of requirement of KRS 98.370.

The fiscal court shall reimburse the city of the first class for costs incurred by the city

civil service board by reason of the requ irement of KRS 98.370, as may be provided for

in any agreements executed pursuant to KRS 98.330 to 98.390.
