KRS 99.440: Procedure for submitting question of bond issue.

Upon the approval by the council of the development plan, the agency shall proceed to

carry out the redevelopment. In the event that a bond issue is to be submitted by the

community to the voters for the purpose of providing funds to pay for the cost of th e

redevelopment project or any part thereof, the question of issuing bonds shall be

submitted as required in KRS 66.040 and 91A.090, both inclusive.
