KRS 99A.990: Penalty.

Any owner or agent who willfully violates the provisions of KRS 99A.030 shall be fined

not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) for each

day the violation continues, or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days.
